Be Part of the Momentum

Ask about how we can work together

Sponsor Day November 2025

Rally sponsors listening to a Jon Armstrong explaining a rally car in the high-ceiling M Sport workshop.

This week, we had the chance to bring our sponsors together at M‑Sport’s base in Dovenby Hall to meet the team, and of course, Daphne, our amazing car. For a team like ours, partnerships are everything. Your support powers each rally we contest, and we wanted to say a proper thank‑you.

Daphne and the M‑Sport crew welcomed us for a behind‑the‑scenes tour of their state‑of‑the‑art workshop and historic estate. We explored the trophy collections in the boardroom and strolled through the museum and showroom, where some of M‑Sport’s most successful cars are on display.
It’s an impressive place, not just because of the facilities, but because of the history and passion that lives there. Walking through those rooms, you see the road that’s led to so many rally wins, and you feel inspired to add to that story.

We then went into the workshop to see the engineers and mechanics at work. Seeing how much detail goes into each component reminded everyone how complex a modern rally car really is. We capped the visit off with passenger runs around the test track. The grins were priceless; some of our guests had never experienced rally pace or the sensation of a car sliding on edge. The passenger runs gave them a taste of the world they help make possible.

It wasn’t just about the cars, though. The heart of the day was the conversations. We talked about the season we’ve just completed, the highs, the challenges and the lessons we’ll carry forward. It’s easy to get caught up in stage results, but it’s days like this that remind you why we do it. Rallying is a team sport, and every sponsor, engineer, and volunteer is part of that team.

A Season in Perspective

Looking back, 2025 has been a roller coaster. We started with a few setbacks and had to build our way back into contention. A podium in Poland showed we were moving in the right direction. Then we stepped up at Barum Czech Rally with second place and went on to take our first win of the season at Rali Ceredigion in Wales. That victory meant the world to us. It proved that our pace, car and team could deliver at the highest level.

We carried that momentum into the final round in Croatia, where we captured another win and maximum points on the power stage. That gave us back‑to‑back victories and capped off a strong finish to the season. Although we narrowly missed out on the championship by a handful of points, I’m proud of how far we came. Winning two rallies in a row, and being able to share those successes with the people who made it happen, is something I’ll never forget.

Looking Ahead

Days like our sponsor event make me grateful and hungry in equal measure.
Grateful, because without the support of partners like M‑Sport, Motorsport Ireland Rally Academy, Thrustmaster, MS‑RT, PGS, Grupa PGS, Pirelli Motorsport, Seacon UK, Sligo Pallets, LVI Engineering, KW Renewables, Fisher Motorsport, Keane Design, KES Group, Trunkfloor, McCormack Contracting Inc, McRae Media, and of course Shane Byrne and everyone else on our list, we wouldn’t be here.
Hungry, because standing in M‑Sport’s workshop and seeing the trophies reminds you there’s more to aim for.

Thank you to each sponsor, supporter and fan who has been part of this journey. We couldn’t do it without you. I hope you enjoyed the ride around the track as much as I enjoyed seeing your smiles afterwards. Now it’s back to the drawing board: regroup, learn and come back stronger next year. I can’t wait to see what we’ll achieve together in 2026.
